fri 24 aug.
worked frm 11-3. den supposed to go out with yw. at the VERY LAST MINUTE, she backed out. she couldnt make it? cant she be more responsible man. like at least tell me earlier? and not ps me at e final moment. this kind of lil stuff rly irritates me a lot. beats me why too.

so i went home. but at night i ate dinner and went out at 7plus. there wasnt yw to accompany me but there was ps. lol. we took bus 167 to town. gees. it was rly late by den. anw she was much affected by her recent breakup. like gosh. she was damn sad when we talked abt it on e bus. she actl broke down a lil.
why. why must all this crap shit happen to her. why does relationships bring ppl to heaven yet they are also the ones which drop ppl back after that. whywhywhyy. >:< [it was all sweet once][why do ppl change. or rather why do feelings change.]

hmm we spent the night in town walking and talking. e topic of e night was jus all abt him i guess. tsk. anw we ate at this place in cine. i cant rmb e name, but the supper i had was super expensive. blah. food wasnt that fantastic. perhaps only the brownie was nice. haa. ;) food makes me happy. :)



sat 25 aug. [I SO LOVE THIS DAY!]
i worked! frm 11-3 and 6-10 plus. gees. okay perhaps i havent mention but the restaurant im working at is some sort of a family business i would say. majority who work there are boss' relatives. like im amazed too. and it gets very crowded on wkends esp. cos relatives, relatives friends, etcetc all come to eat and yep. theres a lot of ppl.

normally on wkend in the day there would only be uncle julius, our chef, denise, our boss, miki, one of the staff and me. but comes to sat. WOAH. 2 families will come and help out. hmm.. terri's (not sure if its spelt like that) one of the uncle's daughter. 23 yrs old. shes a uber smart person i guess. jus finished uni and attending some course now. hmmm.. kelvin's another family's son. he's the same age as me! i jus found out frm her pri 3 sis, amanda ytd. and sheeeesh. he's frm MERIDIAN JC. aww. my used-to-be dream sch.

amanda reminds me of those powerlife yrs. i look at her i'll think of phebe. baby kwek i call her. haha. aww man. last time phebe'll always come up to me and hug me. and she sticks to me. like some kind of glue. i got this huge urge to like jus hug amanda. cos i got no sister to dote on. oh man.. i love kids. haha :) and amanda is quite adorable. one customer even asked if we're sisters cos we look quite alike. like... diaooo. haha. 4 kids would be perfect eh.

terri's a rly friendly person. and kelvin a nice and guy. hahaha. he saved me frm the mopping. :)))) yay! haha. seriously i dread mopping the floor most. i would ranked it the last hsehold chores i wanna do. both of them are rly helpful. :)

sth scary happened on sat afternoon tho. :X like urm kelvin's and amanda's parents quarrelled right inside the restaurant? in front of everyone? and god. there was a table of 3 customers. 1 pri sch girl. eeek. i could see she was rly afraid when the husband and wife quarrelled? cos the girl ran to her mum.

not to mention the lil girl. my heart pounded too? at first i didnt realise they were having an argument. but subsequently i realised the seriousness of the situation. cos everyone was looking at that direction. i saw and yep. i was afraid too. v stunned. i hav fought with my bro. but i hav nv seen others fight. :X

hmm.. the thing goes like this. there was this guy who came in alone and sat at one corner. i took his order and yeah, he was jus sittin there. thereafter kelvin's parents came. mum in kitchen at first i guess. and dad at one of the table. .............. den the nxt moment, i saw the man who was sitting at one corner left and realised the 2 were arguing?! okay i think im rly quite oblivious to wad was gg on. husband claimed that the guy who sat at one corner was wife's BOYFRIEND. god. atrocious. den wife said no. furious argument. den got a bit of fight? as in wife pushed husband and asked him to get out. screameddddd at him.

WAH, rly like me and my bro when we were young. haha. real life happening. okay, im super mean. but its heartbreaking. can you imagine children see parents fight. wah siao. lucky this kind of crazy stuff dont happen in my family. i count myself lucky to be born in this family. i wonder wad was kelvin and amanda thinking at that time. all i knew was that, amanda told me after which in e evening, she doesnt like her dad? and she calls him siao. sigh. but i think there's some mental prob with the dad by observing the way he talks and behaves. yep.

i guess that's about it. omg. terri's dad told boss im rly good. and boss replied, "yeah, i loveeee her." awww. :)



sun 26 aug.
i worked too. but it was quieter. not so many ppl. terri and kelvin wasnt there. amanda was tho. hmm.. terri's dad told me terri always praise me. den i replied, "errr.." *laughs* he wanted to give me a treat lah! like aww man. why is everyone so nice to me. he didnt in the end. but he said "i owe you a treat okay!" before he left :)

lucky i ate my dinner at mama's hse b4 gg to work. cos miki forgot abt my dinner. i got waffles in the end! HAHAHA. okay, i tot it was nice. but it tasted weird. dunno why. but still, its good to try new food! i got one wholeeee waffle to myself. i got myself a scoop of vanilla ice cream and blueberry and strawberry jam and choc bits. haaaa. :) foodfood.

i told boss and miki im not working on tues wed sat and sun cos im gg for course and camp. hmmm its only half lie. but i feel guilty. :( tues and wed i took leave cos urmmm the rush hr free movie tix are valid on these days? den sat and sun i rly got camp tho. eeee. im gonna miss terri kelvin and amanda? and the whole friendly family of boss. blahh. :(



mon 27 aug.
i trimmed my hair! and i cut my fringe. eeeek. okay its quite ugly. blah. oh well.

and shucks. im having a breakout now. rather serious one. so today went to get "help". got an acne wash, toner and sunblock lotion. zzz. i dont like all these actl. cos im lazy. :X
