World Largest Packaged Product Display House at VivoCity
8 - 17 Jun 2007, Central Court and The Plaza
To celebrate the completion of the 1,500th Tsunami relief house in Meulaboh and to raise funds for the poor in Singapore and around the world, Habitat for Humanity Singapore will be attempting to build the Guinness Book of World Record's World's Largest Packaged Product Display House at VivoCity. Come and check out the display houses, built entirely using tetra pak drink packages, after it is being completed after 10 Jun.
SP experience design and interior design students are involved too! cool isnt it! x)
thus this few days are jus pure preparation of the frames of the hses. design courses have no exams and our projects are all over and done with! HAPPY! :D so this building of hse is sth like our post exam activity hur. haha. its kinda tiring but fun and we get CIP hrs! :) cool stuff we do.
but that comes with some sacrifices? i jus got a letter today. its an invite to the seventeen summer challenge 2007 at sentosa beach on the 9 of june. this sat!!! our dearest fellow mahana mate RAYSON DUNN is leading a team. and i would be more than pleased to go support him. but guess i have to give it a miss? :( sentosa is like so near to vivo lah. but timing clash with the building of tetra pak hse! grr. :( WASTED!

I SAW MICHAEL LIM YING JIE TODAY!!! hahaha. its super coincidental!!! it so happen tt i alight at sembawang station, it so happen 167 came at this particular time, it so happen that michael was walking home? when 167 passed the bus stop near his hse! gosh. you can see happy faces today :)))
im moving! its soooo sad pls. sigh, i can no longer bump into michael like how we do now. shucks. life's like that i guess. but i was rly happy to see him. :) i guess nxt time b4 i move, and if we happen to go out agn, i HOPE history wont repeat itself like wad happen 3 yrs ago!!!! LOL. yep.
tmr's gonna be a loooooong day. running with dennis at 8am in e morning. an hr b4 we start getting down to the tetra paks hse frames. and prize presentation for flag day at 12nn. yepyep. WE'RE GG TO BUILD HSES!!! haha. im like the grp leader for grp 6. stressstress. i still prefer to be follower. haha.
alright. maybe i shld have an early night. GOODNIGHT! eevann, are we (bits and pieces of mahana) watching anything on thurs? or are we even meeting? :)
